"The project aimed to address the absence of any recent survey of Anglo-Saxon material in lowland Derbyshire by producing a new gazetteer and synthesis of sites and finds. The study area comprised the Derbyshire Trent Valley and its tributaries the Dove and Derwent; the study period c.450 - c.850 AD." Datasets and lots of other information available.

The Cottam Project: Anglo-Saxon and Viking Yorkshire

"The Anglo-Saxon and Viking Yorkshire Project is a successor to the York Environs Project hosted within the Archaeology Department at York University. It is directed by Dr Julian Richards. As part of its work the project has been investigating the site at Cottam, an Anglian and Anglo-Scandinavian settlement in the Yorkshire Wolds." Interim reports of the excavations are available.
