Fine Arts in Hungary
-
"This site is dedicated to fine arts in Hungary from the beginnings in the Romanesque period up to the mid 20th century. The exhibition, opened in 1997, was continuously developed since its opening, however, it was in 2003 when an opportunity arised to redesign and significantly enhance it. As a result the upgraded collection was published in February 2004 both in Hungarian and in English." Site includes extensive information about individual Hungarian artists and guides to help you find your way through. While this site is by no means exclusively medieval, there are a lot of interesting Hungarian art from the Middle Ages on display.
